ADI has retained the services of Doyle J. Girouard, CEO and Senior Managing Partner of The Cypress Group. Prior to creating The Cypress Group, Doyle spent 30 years with AT&T in leadership positions. Doyle brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our discussion. In addition to a very strong corporate and business acumen, he brings a 360 degree perspective of changing behavior through incentive and reward programs. Doyle was a leading sales professional and participated in reward and incentive programs while at AT&T. As a strategic business unit COO he utilized and acquired reward and incentive programs to drive higher levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he has over 13 years experience in consulting and coaching numerous hoteliers, incentive houses, and destination management companies within the travel industry. He brings a wealth of travel industry knowledge and experience to ADI, and, therefore assisting us and our clients in developing incentive and award rule structure(s) which can drive behavior, and allow you, our clients, to achieve higher levels of performance and enhanced efficiency.
Richard S. Masinton is the former Chief Administrative Officer of Russell Stover Candies in Kansas City, Mo., and lives in Leawood, Kan. Masinton currently serves on the board of directors of One Neck IT Services Corp and retired from the board of directors of Enterprise Financial Service Corp., a publicly owned bank holding company. He has also served on the board of advisors of the University of Kansas School of Business and on an advisory board at the University of Oklahoma School of Business.
