How much of the program will ADI assist with?

    We will coordinate as much or as little of the program as you decide. We can assist with just site selection and hotel negotiation or handle the whole affair from theme concept and brochure production to the farewell gala. In any case, you take full credit for all of the hard work.

Does ADI assist in determining incentive program criteria?

    Yes, ADI can assist your organization in establishing the performance improvement criteria for your incentive program to ensure the best return on your investment.

As an experienced meeting/event planner, why should I use ADI?

Can I still do a site inspection even if you contact and negotiate with the hotel?

    Of course. We encourage you to inspect the site with us to determine if it fits your needs.

Do you have expertise in locating and selecting destinations in countries outside the United States?

    Yes, Oui, Si! We have coordinated Incentive Travel Programs and Meetings in more than 60 countries. After we get to know you and your business, we will be able to match your corporate culture and meeting event needs with just the right destination.

Do you represent only certain hotel chains or destinations?

    No. We work with whomever is the best choice for your incentive travel or meeting needs.

Do you support, or are you affiliated with any industry associations?

    We support Meeting Professionals International (MPI) of which our employees are members, the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE), and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). In fact, Ann d'Eon, our President, serves on the Board for SITE.

Does ADI handle meeting or association registration?

    Yes - either through online registration or the traditional way, where a fax is sent to register with fax-back confirmation done by ADI Meetings & Incentives, Inc.
